How To Make Homemade Reed Diffusers

I love reed diffusers to add a scent to the house. As reed diffusers can be expensive, I made my own. Much less expensive than buying one, and they work great! All you need are a few household ingredients. It is a nice scent. A simple & effective way to fill your home, with fragrance from natural oils! It soaks up the oil and spreads it around without the use of electricity, heat or batteries! It works better than plug-in’s and sprays and is not overpowering.

– 1/4 cup of coconut oil
– essential oil
– sticks

– Add 1/4 cup of coconut oil to your jar.
– Add 30 drops of essential oils
– Insert the sticks into the jar.

I use lavender essential oil.

To intensify fragrance, turn sticks up side down once a week. Replace sticks once a month.

Seeing as the reed comes from amazon, that would have packaging. Why do you need to throw them away, can’t you just wash them each time you want a new fragrance?
