DIY Mint & Matcha Toothpaste Recipe


I made Japanese style mint & green tea tooth paste. Polyphenols in green tea have a positive effect on teeth and gums. Green tea can be beneficial for your dental health, too. Because green tea contains catechin, and it slow down the activity of bacteria linked to tooth decay.It helps to remove plaque and control bad breath. It is a useful in preventing cavities.

Shizuoka prefecture in Japan is known as Green Tea. People who lives there drinks tons of green tea, and rarely see a dentist. They rarely have cavities.Schools in Shizuoka are also encouraging students to gargle with green tea. It prevents cavities, even cold & flu !

Direction

Ingredients:
10 tablespoon of Coconut oil
5 tablespoon of baking soda
1/2 tea spoon of matcha

a few drops of Japanese Traditional Pepper Mint oil ( It is natual and safely use for food)

Just mix them together until it becomes paste!

DIY tooth paste is easy.It takes Only 2-3 minutes to combine these ingredients. You’re preventing harmful and dangerous toxins from entering your body,too. I am pretty impressed with it.

It works really well. My mouth felt clean going to bed and waking up. It lightened my teeth and removed stains better than any store bought I’d ever tried!
