Easy Sushi Bowl Recipe

Spring Sushi bowl!

This is not sushi you probably know at restaurant or grocery store. But We Japanese makes these type of sushi at home. Easy to make sushi in no time.

To make Sushi bowl easily,

– Cook 2 cups of rice.

– Place warm cooked rice in a large bowl, and add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon rice vinegar and 2 teaspoon sugar. ( or you can use 3 tbs of leftover pickle juice or kombucha vinegar ! ) Mix well.

– Place the rice in a bowl.

– Sprinkle Seaweed and your favorite toppings.

– Serve with soy sauce.

My topping suggestions

– nori seaweed

– boiled shrimps

– runny eggs

– Shiso leaves

– Bean sprouts

– vegetable pickles

– sliced cucumber

– Salmon roe

– Sesame

There are almost no limits to what ingredients go in sushi bowl!
