Japanese Reusable Refresh Towel

We Japanese often serve each guest wet cloth towel shortly before a dinner party. Depending on the season, my guests may be handed hot or cold towels.

Before and after meal, these are for washing guest’s hands especially messy food. These are great for a dinner party because they not only look great but my guests use less disposable paper napkins. I do not like the idea of using paper napkins a lot. Cloth towels are very strong, but still soft and plushy feeling. These wet towels are fancy enough for a formal table setting and serve their purpose nicely at casual event, too.
