Japanese Spelt Flour

I finally found plastic free Japan made organic flour on AmazonJapan! They sent me it plastic free, too ! This organic flour is wonderful. It is the pure form of the grain we know as ‘wheat’. It’s non-GMO flour that is an ancient precursor to wheat. A nice alternative to modern wheat flour. I don’t have a problem with gluten, but I want to eliminate as much modern flour from my diet as I can now.

I’ve been baking with this flour for the last couple of months and very happy with results. You can use this flour anywhere you would use regular wheat flour. If you’re looking for a bleached flour alternative and don’t like the heavy, dense attributes of whole wheat, give this a try.

I love your website! The recipes are always so valuable for remedies and things.

It seems you use Amazon often. Through same-day shipping and big warehouses, Amazon has a very strong negative impact on the environment. It also treats its workers poorly.

Luckily, many of the items you link to are available direct from suppliers! For example, this flour can be purchased directly from Takatsune Shoten. http://takatsune-shoten.com/

Please keep up the great work, and thank you for showing us such an inspiring alternative is possible ★

Thank you very much for sharing. I did not know about it.

Many my followers are foreigners living in Japan. They can not read Japanese. I want to share with them. Do you have any idea? Thank you!
