Vegan Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Vegan, daily-free and all natural ingredients Japanese truffles made with just 4 ingredients! They’re chocolate ganache centers rolled the balls in cocoa powder. So easy and creamy ! You’ll never believe there is no dairy in these. These are so delicious I want to eat them all at once.


• 100g Sake lees ( Sake Kasu )

• 5tbs Maple syrup

• 3tbs Unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1/2 cup Raisins


– Heat the sake lees and maple syrup to a simmer on a stove slowly .

– Add cocoa powder, and mix it into a chocolate sauce.

-Add raisins.

– Place into the fridge to set for a few hours.

– Use a spoon to scoop out and drop it into the cocoa powder, then use your fingers to roll it into a ball.

– Toss in cocoa powder to coat. ( optional )

Sake lees is the by products from the filtration during sake production.
